Refund Policy

Your pounds of coffee are shipped directly from us, right out of our coffee roaster, so you have the freshest coffee possible. If, for any reason, a customer is not satisfied with a product, they may return any unused portion to us within 10 days of the date purchased for a refund/replacement. Credit will be calculated at 100% of the purchase price(customer is responsible for shipping costs).Invoice order numbers are your proof of purchase, keep the invoice packaged with your shipment. All returns must be authorized in advance by the Store Manger. This policy applies only to products that have not been misused, intentionally damaged, discontinued.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitors' contact information (like their e-mail address), financial information (like their account or credit card numbers), and demographic information (like their zip code and state). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company only. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services only.

We ship Monday through Friday and offer a number of shipping options:

Next Day Air with Saturday Delivery (only available on Fridays) Next Day Air (Ship Monday - arrive Tuesday, ship Friday - arrive Monday) 2nd Day Air (Ship Monday - arrive Wednesday, ship Thursday - arrive Monday)

Ground - Shipping days vary depending on how far you are from us. Please refer to the chart below. We are in Marina del Rey, California (suburb of Los Angeles). If we were to ship a package on Monday to the State of Washington (in orange), it would take 3 business days and arrive on Thursday. If we were to ship on Monday to the East Coast, it would arrive the next Monday (5 business days).
